Shipping

Shipments are transported via Canadapost regular parcel, UPS Ground service or Fedex Ground service. All shipping charges are determined by product weight, size, shipping method and the final destination. If for some reason the cost differs from the original invoice a corrected invoice will be sent to your attention. If you require other shipping arrangements please contact us at orders@wiseracer.com.

The time of the shipment is based on item availability:

·         In stock items: Usually ship within 1-2 business days.

·         Out of stock items: Usually ship within 3-10 business days.

·         Backordered items: usually ship within 1-2 business days after the backorder is received.

Warehouses

WiseRacer Sports is based in Calgary, Alberta. We also have a shipping/warehousing partner in Fort Collins, Colorado. As we deal with both US and Canadian suppliers, our customers may receive items from either warehouse locations. Niner bikes typically ship from Fort Collins to US customers and they are shipped from Calgary to Canadian customers. Full Money Back Guarantee

We want happy and returning customers. That is why we offer WiseRacer Sports Full Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If any item does not meet your expectations you can return it within 10 days of your order date. You must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) in order for us to exchange the product. Returns and credits cannot be processed without prior authorization. Returned items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from the WiseRacer Sports distribution center. Once the product is received at the WiseRacer Sports distribution center in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price to you not including shipping charges. Thre is no “restocking fee” applied to any returns. Items must be returned in original packaging, in new unused condition and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Our mission is to provide our customers the highest quality products at the lowest prices. However we are not always able to predict currency exchange rates, and distributor prices. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

The Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluation determine suitability of such products for their specific use. WiseRacer Sports disclaims liability for any and all consequential damages arising out of and related to the use of our products, to the extent permitted under applicable state law. Use only as directed. In no event will we be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of or in connection with the use or suitability of products. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of our products, whether used singly or in combination with other substances.
